📦 Production & Fulfilment Time

  • Sustainable Production

    We work with a global fulfilment partner that uses eco-conscious practices, including local production where possible to reduce carbon emissions.
    Our canvases are printed using water-based inks and sustainably sourced materials, ensuring high-quality results with minimal environmental impact.

     

  • All prints are made to order.

  • Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

🚚 Shipping Times

Estimated delivery time after production:

  • United Kingdom: 3–7 business days

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

🌍 Shipping Rates

We offer free standard shipping on all orders delivered within the United Kingdom. No hidden fees—what you see is what you pay.

🎯 Tracking Information

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number (where available). If you do not receive tracking within 5 business days after placing your order, please contact us at info@heiartgallery.com

❗ Wrong Address / Delivery Issues

Please ensure that your shipping address is correct when placing your order.
We are not responsible for failed deliveries due to incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us due to an error in the address, additional shipping charges may apply.

📦 Damaged or Lost Packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us within 14 days of the delivery date. We will investigate and, if appropriate, issue a replacement at no extra cost.
