SHIPPING POLICY

At HEIART Gallery, each piece is made to order. Please take a moment to review our shipping terms below.

Production time

All prints are made to order. Please allow 2–5 business days for production before your order is shipped.

Our canvases are printed using water-based inks and sustainably sourced materials. Where possible, production takes place close to the delivery address in order to reduce transport emissions.

Delivery times

Estimated delivery time after production:

  • Spain: 5–12 business days
  • European Union: 5–12 business days
  • United Kingdom: 5-12 business days

Delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location and local postal services.

Shipping rates

  • Spain and European Union: free standard shipping on all orders.
  • United Kingdom: free standard shipping on all orders.

Taxes and customs

Prices shown to customers in Spain and the European Union include VAT at the applicable rate.

For orders delivered outside the European Union, including the United Kingdom, prices are shown exclusive of VAT and import duties. Any import VAT, customs duties or carrier handling charges are payable by the recipient to the relevant authority or carrier on delivery.

Tracking

Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number where available. If you do not receive tracking details within 5 business days of placing your order, please contact us at info@heiartgallery.com.

Incorrect addresses and failed deliveries

Please ensure your shipping address is correct and complete when placing your order. We are not responsible for failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses. If a package is returned to us for this reason, additional shipping charges may apply.

Damaged or lost packages

If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us at info@heiartgallery.com with photographs of the packaging and the item where possible. We will investigate and arrange a replacement or refund in accordance with applicable law.

This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer under Spanish and European Union law, or, for customers resident in the United Kingdom, under United Kingdom consumer law.
