Refund policy
At HEI Art Gallery, each piece is made to order especially for you. For this reason, our return policy differs from that of standard retail.
- Made-to-Order Items
All artworks are produced on demand once your order is placed. As such, we do not accept returns or refunds for change of mind, including cases where the artwork does not meet personal taste or expectations.

- Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of receipt at info@heiartgallery.com, including clear photographs of the issue.
Once reviewed, we will offer an appropriate solution, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
- Order Accuracy
We take great care to ensure that all product descriptions and images are accurate. However, slight variations in colour or appearance may occur due to screen settings. These are not considered defects.
- Returns
As all items are made to order, we do not operate a standard returns system. Returns sent without prior agreement will not be accepted.
- Exchanges
We do not offer direct exchanges. If your item arrives with a verified issue, we will arrange a replacement where appropriate.
- Refunds
Refunds are only issued in cases where an item is confirmed to be defective, damaged, or incorrect.
If approved, refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–10 business days.
